A work order was received on 1/26/from the *** residence regarding
moisture in the apartmentUpon investigation of the issue, on the same day, it was determined that moisture from the adjacent laundry room was presentA remediation specialist was immediately contacted and entered on 1/27/The remediation process began on the28th and the resident was a given a hotel room through the duration of the remediation. The entire process took days Section of the residents signed lease holds harmless losses of this nature. However as a gesture of good customer service a hotel was provided and offset the other claims in this complaint

The resident was served an eviction notice for non-payment of rent for the month of June*** Charities assisted with rent payment, not with legal fees or late feesThe resident was informed she would still be responsibleMountain Park received the rent payment on June 22nd and the
resident came in later that day with the money order for the late feesThe eviction was cancelled at that timeThe resident did receive another letter in the mail that had already been mailed prior to payment being receivedThe resident was told the eviction was stopped and the attorney was notifiedShe does still owe the attorney feesIt is our company policy to provide phone numbers to our corporate office if requestedThe regionals phone number is *** *** *** and is available at any time to discuss any issues
