We have been working on resolving this situation for the homeowner on behalf of the association.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was billed by your company (City Property Management) for an oversite within your office and your company chose not to contact me by phone or email to inform me of this oversite.  Instead you decided to let it go un-announced to me and when I ask why; all you do is send letters informing me your company does not call or email it's customers.  Do you even care about the people who live in the communities you manage?  You sure don't take the time to even call or email us when there are payment issues and now when I ask Revdex.com to step in and request the invoicing for all the absorbanent Fee's you charged me for your office lacky [redacted], who I sent my request directly to change my bank information for the auto pay account; I attempted to call your company to do this over the phone and all I get is answering machines or someon who does pick up transfering me to an answering machine.  Now all you can do is reply back with a letter that indicates you are working on resolving this issue.  well I have not seen any work done so far, the only person you let me speak with is your collection representative who does not have the authority to send the invoices from the company's who charged for the collection Fee's in excess of 400+ dollars for your inability to communicate.  I'll ask your company one more time for the invoice from the company that you paid allegedly this money to turn me into collections for nothing.  You and your company should be asshamed of your poor work principles and strong armed corporate nickle and dimeing the tenents with these lies.  I said it before and I'll say it again now: I will not pay your company a dime for any collection fees and I don't take to kindly to your letters threating me with legal fees etc.....I have now exhausted all my avenues to warrant a meeting or simple phone call from someone who can make decisions and listen to the facts so we can be done with this rediculous attempt to rob another tenent of monies because you think you can get away with this type of Mob Mentality.  Thanks for the follow up but it did not say anything to me about coming to a mutual agreement that is fair for both parties involved.  Take accountability for this to some degree so we can move on this is really rediculous if you don't communicate with your tenents, it proves on thing to us all here at Mountain Park Condos; that you are  nothing but a collection agency that looks for ways to make money off charging fees and blaming your tenents for the oversite by informing us that your company does not communicate well (Nice business practices_).  Best, [redacted] Adult/who does not bend over to Corporate Strong Arm Tactics
