Mountain Park Health Center Corporate Office

I have been with Mountain Park Health Centers for about 5 years now. The doctors are very knowledgeable and very nice. Their assistants are friendly and always willing to help. The only one drawback is that I can NEVER get a hold of my doctor by phone. Everyone has to call the Baseline office and you can only leave a message for the doctor with hopes that you get a call back the same day, which is not likely. When you ask for the number to the office the doctor actually works in they tell you there is no number they can give you. So you leave a message and wait. Otherwise, I love my doctor and wouldn't change her for anything.

Very unprofessional clinic! My daughter went in because she had ear infection symptoms. The doctor told me that she had an ear infection in one ear and that she would send her prescription along with a few other things. I went to the pharmacy and the ear infection medicine was never ordered! The doctor forgot to send that prescription! Now my daughter is suffering and going through hell with both ears infected and fevers ! The office didn't get back to me for a week and that doctor has yet to get in touch! This is outrageous! My one year old has to suffer because their doctor did not do their job correct!
