Mountain Park Ranch Apartments

Living in this apartment complex has been less than perfect. Although the apartments themselves are fine the staff in the office make the whole experience not worth living here. I have had multiple small problems that could be fixed easily but the staff has not taken concern until I have complained 4 times. They also leave 15 to 20 mins early most days when their hours are posted till 6. Most people can not get into the office before 5:30 so this is extremely inconvenient. If you want to have a package sent to your apt don't count on trying to pick it up from the office since they choose to leave whenever they want instead of waiting till business ours are over. Maintenance staff is top notch but the employees in the office are lazy, rude, and unprofessional. Again the apartments themselves are not terrible they are clean but have horrible light carpet and kitchen counters. The staff has made my stay terrible and when the lease is up I will be moving.
