Mountain Pass Custom Landscape Reviews (3)

Please be very cautious and do ample research if you come across [redacted] from Mountain Pass Custom Landscaping. He will approach you and provide a convincing sob story about all of the hard times he has come across. Divorce, bankruptcy, and difficulty gaining new business since he isn't technologically savvy and cannot use CAD like other landscapers. He will be very soft spoke, down trodden, and talk about God to the point where you feel very badly for him. This is exactly what happened to my husband and I, as well as many other people. After you sign an agreement with him, he will ask for a down payment, which seems reasonable, and you'll happily provide. Unfortunately very little work will take place. He'll give other excuses, my truck broke down, family emergency, etc, etc. He'll perhaps show up for an hour one day, push around some dirt and ask for more money. When you start to push back and confront him about the money given to him and the lack of work performed, he'll take off and never be heard from again. He seems to relish in his theft and doesn't care about the destruction he leaves behind. Even if he does complete some work, it is often of horrible quality and will need to be corrected by a licensed and qualified landscaper and at an additional expense. But please don't take my word alone...check out the many other people that [redacted] has stolen from  [redacted]
