come out to the property. This lack of communication on their part is the sole reason for any and all delays they have experienced. They have been combative and verbally abusive to our office manager when we were able to speak with them on the phone and any attempts to remedy the VERY MINOR issues with the roof install have been met with hostility, or frankly more of the same radio silence when attempting to schedule. Further, it is explicitly stated in our contract, of which [redacted] is aware and has signed, that any and all repair issues regarding the workmanship of the job(s) performed are covered within our 5 year service warranty.
