Mountain Road Restaurant

Review: I made a reservation at this restaurant for my husband and I for a Mother's Day Buffet that was advertised in the paper for $18.95 per person. They listed an extensive list of food and desserts which they did not have some of the items listed and the dessert station had one type of cake (chocolate). Some of the food was cold and my husband and I both felt ill that night. The only thing we both ate the same was the ham which was also not hot. I contacted the restaurant the next day and spoke to a male and told him my complaint. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he informed me the supervisor was not available; could he help me. I explained my complaint and he said they were busy earlier in the day and that is why they didn't have some of the food listed. He said there were no other complaints and that was it. While we were there, people had walked in and saw how the buffet was set up and turned around and walked out which is what we should have done.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded that we paid for the meal that was not satisfactory at all. The two meals and the soda and ice tea was $38.88. They had deducted $5 off total for a coupon that was in the paper. I definitely would not like another meal at that restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone I know.
