I went to the above business on 5/8/All I wanted was to get my teeth cleanedI do have Insurance and I do understand that I needed deep cleaningI also do have dental insurance provided for through my companyFirst of all they never told me that they don’t accept my Insurance, they proceeded on to clean half of my teeth and they ended up billing me $1,I don’t have any cavities which their x-rays also confirmed thatThey proceeded to sell me services that I didn’t need or ask for,like Gingival Irrigation, locally delivered antibiotic, etc I didn’t find out about this until after the facts, they were very deceptive and never did a good job of explaining what services I was gettingI have canceled my next appointment to get the other half of my teeth cleaned
I went to the office on Sycamore School Road, titled Brident Dental, on April 20, I had called that morning to schedule an emergency appointment for a cracked tooth When I arrived, I was checked in and told to have a seat After waiting an hour, I was asked to fill out a health history form, as if I had never been there (have used same location for 2-years) Then, after xrays, I finally saw the doctor I had to show the dentist which tooth was cracked, had to show the xray tech how to redo the film for correct angle, then (after having been in clinic for over hours) was told it would cost over $ When I pointed out that I had the same insurance I have always had and the last crown only cost $900, the reply was "your insurance didn't populate Let me correct that." This is same thing that happened when my daughter needed a crown about a year previously Then, I was told that they had other patients to see and I had to return the next day for actual treatment W
