I am rejecting this response because:As I explained to the business, there is no other member of my family that needs driver's edFunny, because his strict refund policy claims he does not allow transfer of tuition, but yet in his response to my Revdex.com complaint he is willing to bend that rule. Why not just refund my money since you are willing to bend your policy anyway? Attached is copy of the policy with the refusal to transfer tuition highlighted. Regardless of that point, your office staff did not tell me the refund policy at the time of paymentYou and your business have a due diligence to make sure the purchaser has an understanding of the terms of the agreement before you take paymentSince that did not happen, my refund should be granted.
