They still say we owe a bill that was paid over months ago They were sent a copy of canceled check over months ago and admit receiving it Date of service was 01/25/Bill was paid Feb., Copy of canceled check was faxed by [redacted] on April 1, MSHA admits receiving itI called numerous times over past months and was always told, "It's being researchedGive it a couple more weeks." Mountain States has accepted a payment in full for a 10% discount and confirmed twice that I was paid in full, but called 9/8/asking for payment Mountain States' billing department practices fraudulent practices and I would like to make a complaint I had some outstanding bills from CT Scans in a row at their Abingdon, VA hospital JMHI called to see if they would give me a discount on 8/19/for paying by credit card in full and I was told that she would check with her supervisorShe confirmed it with her supervisor that it was fine and took my payment in full with the 10% off the amount Not a week later, I get a call from her on 8/26/saying "I still owe the discount she had given me." I asked to speak to her supervisor who confirmed I COULD have the discount and that all I owed was $and I was paid in full I paid and thought all was good Now today, 9/8/16, I get another call that I still owe more money after I have been told twice I was paid in FULL I was

Entered into a payment agreement with company which started in Jan of this year, have not missed payment was served judgment papers today

have been trying to get my account paid in full since april 28,2018.I paid up front for my wifes surgery.They keep sending bcbs the codes wrong.WE have called bcbs and ballad at least times trying to get this resolved.Ballad keeps giving us the same answer,call back in about weeks.Bcbs says that ballad owes us a full refund since we have our out of pocket maxpaid upDo we need to keep calling for several more years.I will never deal with them ever again if possigle.Welmont made the worst mistake possible by merging with mtstate

On August 3, I had sterilization surgery at *** *** *** *** was my surgeon The billing lady at his office said my insurance covered this procedure at 100%, even at the hospital I received a bill from MSHA for $2,(account number XXXXXXXX) I have called customer service at MSHA (twice I did not give my personal infomration, I was asking for the escalation department) times They keep telling me that they will send it to their "research department" That department ends up saying that the amount is my responsibility I called my insurance company and they said that the procedure code submitted by MSHA did NOT match the procedure code sent by the GYN office, and that MSHA needs to resubmit it I called *** at Dr*** office and she even called MSHA Still no resolution I called last week to MSHA an

These two bills were insured by Medicare and Anthem 65; however, this medical group failed to file the insurance within the one-year time limit I was not notified that I owed this bill until July my husband deceased on May 4, I called MSMG Family several times with no resolution
I called Anthem representative on 10/25/and a three way conversation was set up with MSMG and we were told that MSMG had never filed a claim for these The Anthem representative told MSMG to refile the claim and it would be reviewed; however, it would likely be rejected The MSMG representative did not refile to claim
I have been billed each month and in the latest bill was told I was being turned into collections I wrote a detailed letter to MSMG with all of the above information from Oct, Nov, and December with NO response except statements with the December one stating this bill would be turned into collectionsI can provide all copies of information regarding this c

after the MRI was completed,the technician said,It did not turn out because of all the hardware, So I go to my next appointment with Dr,he said the MRI was useless to ,he could not see enough to determinant what to do and would have to go in
surgertly to determan what to do
So here is my complaint first the technician should have ask me if he,or contact the DR.if he should continue with the MRI,so here I am stuck with a &bill for a MRI that was no use to anybody,you know I am on social security
and have to watch what I spend,I should have never been charged in the first place,for something that could not be used

I admit to owing MtStates a sum of money for the delivery of my daughterI set up a payment arrangement and had the amount directly drafted from my accountI took this action to ensure that I would not forget to pay the bill every monthOne year later I had a surgery and owed an additional amountMtStates agreed to combine my bills together and give me one amount to pay every monthI agreed to these terms but requested we change the bank account we draw the money from, since I was planning to close out the older accountI withdrew my consent to use the original account during this conversationThe new account information was given to MtStatesI received a total of 3-more phone calls over the next few days from MtStates in reference to the payment arrangementEverything from: we are going to have to take the payments out in separate payments to let me see if I can fix this account issue
