We had Mountain States Home Improvement roof our house because we thought they performed an excellent job for our next door neighbors Never did we suspect that it would take over a month to finish Our roof was done on October and We were told that it would be a couple of weeks for the gutters to be finishedThe roof inspection was done on October 31, with a result of ROOF REJECTED Comments: Install Storm Collar on Vent Pipe (Roof Jack Seal is Open) We thought for sure we would receive results back from that but, nothing! Rick [redacted] assured us that it would be done the next week The weather was dry We didn't worry Rick would do it We thought So far, we have sat here for over a month No calls, no gutters on our house nor on our garage and it's raining!

The roof inspection was done on October 31, 2016 with a result of ROOF REJECTED Comments: Install Storm Collar on Vent Pipe (Roof Jack Seal is Open). We thought for sure we would receive results back from that but, nothing! Rick [redacted] assured us that it would be done the next week. The weather was dry. We didn't worry. Rick would do it. We thought. So far, we have sat here for over a month. No calls, no gutters on our house nor on our garage and it's raining!
