He said “no”, I will tow your vehicle” I then asked him if I could go to the bank again, he said “No, I will tow your vehicleHe then said he would take a credit cardI looked in my wallet and told him I only have $in my walletHe walked away and came back a few minutes later and said “I’ll take the $and he would give me one hour to pay the remaining balance at his officeI agreed and reported to his office to pay the balanceI have reached out to the Revdex.com because I feel that it is unfair for consumers to be provided unauthorized services for which they are financially responsibleDuring the entire interaction with Mt States Wrecker Service, IncI found the driver to be disrespectful, aggressive, and feel as though he took advantage of my situation and the fact that I was suffering from post traumatic stress following this accidentI would like to request a full refund for the payment I made on the day of this incident[redacted] * [redacted] 5/19/
