In regards to Ms*** request for repair Mountain Top Heating and Air spoke with her on 11-17-to schedule an appointment at which time she was informed of our $dollar service fee to come out and diagnois her furnace
after which she would be informed of a price for fixing her unit if she chose Mountain Top to do the repair
While still on the phone she informs us that she doesn't have the money for the repair and she would see if she could get help with this expense from some family members, also telling us that she had other companies come out and no one would help her she then asked if we did financing
She agreed to the $dollar service fee and made a appointment Mr*** arrived for the appointment on 11-18-and informed Ms.*** of the part that was needed to fix her unit nd how much that would cost including her $dollar service feeMs*** again said that she didn't have the money for the repair and to give hera few days to come up with the moneyMountain Top Heating and Air does provide financing for our customers her repair did not meet the mininum requirement amount to be financed because the temperatures were breaking record lows and she had no heat we offered her a payment plan where if she could come up with half of the total we would accept a payment plan for the remaining balance she then informed us she was getting paid that Friday and would be able to pay.Friday came and she was no longer answering her phone when she finally answered she expected for Mr*** to come and fix her unit for free saying she didn't have the money and got angry
