AMile High Drains, and specifically Ivan, handled a sewer repair job on a home my wife and I are selling in DenverWe were out of town during the bidding process and the completion of the workThe repair was required due to a home inspectionWe were under a great deal of stress, but Ivan took great care of usThe bid came quickly and the work was scheduled and completed within a few daysIvan was incredibly professional throughout the entire processAs soon as the permit was pulled, we had a copy, and the inspection report was provided as soon as the work was completedThe whole process was a great experience, and we are very grateful to have had the opportunity to find these guys

AMile High Drains did an excellent job fixing a broken sewer line at one of our rental properties in Wash Park And the price was excellent as well, much more reasonable than the other bidders to whom we spoke! We would use them again if -heaven forbid! - we have a sewer problem at any of our other properties!
The original work was great, but when I came time to warranty their work and products I have been put off for months now they installed a lift station and a sewer main The pump for the lift station went bad and at first they were helpful and came to replace the pump When they were installing the pump the guy that was replacing it torqued the pvc so much that it cracked This is when it got interesting They ordered the part that cracked and I was told they would be back on Monday 05/23/ I was told they were too busy and would reschedule for later that week I missed more than enough work and even left early to meet the guy and received a call stating that he got into an accident and would have to reschedule After this happened I finally received a call from Dave after countless texts and rejected phone calls who says that he has a feeling that I am sabotaging his work! For what reason would I want my house smelling like raw sewage! What would I have to gain from this? I am not asking for anything but the problem to be fixed After being accused of "doing something fishy" Dave reassured me that he would personally take care of the situation 07/01/ Here it is 07/12/and I am still waiting for Dave to contact me about fixing the situation I sent a text to Dave on 07/06/asking if he was still planning on getting someone out this week He replied on 07/07/with "I’m working on it" I have held off writing this review in hopes that awould rectify the situation I have called the main number over times with no answer I would say this company if great if you want to save some money and you don't expect any problems with the work The work we had done was only a month old and the problem of the broken pvc was the fault of the installer that came out to fix the pump Awill be completely professional as long as the big money job is being done, but when I comes time to warranty their work they are hard to find
I submitted a request for a drain pipe service through *** *** after being told by a plumbing company I had a busted drain pipe under my basement and another one out near the streetThey quoted me a price of $16,to repair the damageIvan *** with AMile High Drains called in response to my request on *** ***He arrived at the time he said he would and snaked a camera through the drain pipe all the way out to the main city pipe twice, looking for any damageHe told me there was no damage and there was no need for any repairs and didn't charge me anything for the serviceHe could have told me anything and I wouldn't have known any difference, but instead he told me the truth.This level of honesty and integrity is rareAMile High Drains will be the one I call from now on for any plumbing related needs

The other reviews here are spot onWe had serious blockage issues that persisted after we snaked the house linesWe turned to Ivan, who was was easy to work with, brought his camera, identified tree-root blockage of our main line to the city line in the street and then sent his crewThey really know what they are doing and laid a new line, with cleanouts, in less than a dayThe cost was about 40% that of another reputable bidderExcellent companyIvan's ability to communicate clearly and address our questions was a bonus
I cannot say enough good things about AMile High Drains, especially Ivan ***I was dealing with a blocked and/or broken main sewer line that was causing sewage to back up into the basementI had several of the 'main' Denver plumbing companies come to analyze the situationThe first snaked and cleared the line but shouldn't get past 100'They charged me additional to add another 50' cable on, but still couldn't get past the 100' where there was obviously an obstructionThey then said they couldn't put a camera scope down due to standing water and would need to come back the next day do a due a line locateCharge for 1st visit: $240, proposed charge for 2nd visit: $They then proceeded to say I probably need to replace the entire main line and quoted me $24,Not kiddingI found Athrough *** and within minutes, Ivan was at my houseHe sent a camera down and did a line locate (which the other company said they couldn't do) and identified the problem as being the tap connection to the main lineQuoted me 6X less than the other company and said he could get a permit and have a crew out in days!! Ivan was professional, courteous, knowledgable, and honestI look forward to working with Aand will write a follow up review after they complete the work
