I remember these folks There was a major NAMED blizzard that weekend, and they were on the phone with us the whole time complaining about the snowWe advise folks to equip their vehicles for snow conditions in the mountains, and they are required to initial this item in our agreementAt no time did we skip plowing that driveway, and we hired heavy machinery help us dig everyone out in a timely manner.Sorry for the inconvenience, [redacted] General Manager

Again, there are way to many inaccuracies to addressFeel free to proceed however you like. Matt

No refund will be offeredThe guest was moved to a comparable unit, but did not have to accept those accommodationsShe chose stay, and therefor implicitly accepted the solution to the problem as a compromise. She chose to stay rather than going home, therefor she is not entitled to a
