Our landlord has withheld our entire deposit and used it to update the home/property we were renting prior to putting it on the market to be soldThe house and property were in poor condition prior to us renting it as noted in the attached paperworkWe left the house and property in the same condition it was in prior to us renting itOur rental agency (MVPM) allowed the home owner to prepare his home to be sold with our deposit, a total of $6,A portion of this lump sum was to be a deposit for our garden, it had nothing to do with the house and was suposed to be kept separate yet they used it as well to renovate the house
