Mr [redacted] brought his motorcycle in for carb cleaning in early AugustThe service department made a written estimate and because of the age of the motorcycle (1981) it needed additional carb parts replaced The estimate came to more than the customer wanted to spend understandably because it was more that the motorcycle value. He paid for one hour of labor charges for the estimate and took the bikeWe have not heard from him since As far as a lost keyWe never, ever remove keys from units and we have no use for the key It is possible the key is on the side of the motorcycle If customer would like to give us an ignition number we may be able to get him a replacement key

I am rejecting this response because: Breach of contract issue was never dealt withI formally request an affidavit of admission of contract breachTyped, signed, notarized , and sent via certified mail by my addressAlso a cash refund is requested via certified mailI paid in cash and thusly I request a cash refund Furthermore, it is my belief that this company has been charging its customers a "Shop Supply Charge" for every transaction (shop related) since the opening of the storeThus constituting fraud, theft, and contract breach on a mass level When customers reject these unauthorized charges they are met with hostility toward the customer and their property held for ransom

I am rejecting this response because: The manager when first asked about the status of my ATV told me his mechanic was "Working on it right now."  Then When I inquired if I may converse with said mechanic I was told "He is at lunch."  I was notified at 11:00 that my ATV was to have repairs initiated at this time. I was told there was an 70 an hour charge for troubleshooting, which I approved.  After not contact for the shop for 2.5 hours I went down to the store concerned that the meter was running. I was never notified that only one hour of work was to be performed. The manager of the store was rude, uncooperative, and aggressive. After not being able to obtain any information as to the status of my ATV I left.  I was contact at home by the mechanic that went on to speak with me aggressivly and accuse me of lying that the existing parts we operational.   I went to the store to pick up my ATV.  I paid my bill and went out to my ATV to find that it would not start.  I told an employee that my ATV ran when I brought it in.  In a very aggressive tone and demeanor said employee followed me out to my ATV and started it by using the clutch when the vehicle was in neutral position. An operation not needed prior to the shop working on my ATV. So now I had unwanted/ unauthorized parts on my ATV and an in operational vehicle.  The next day I spoke with the owner who was threatening me with bully tactics instead of communicating about the problem.  I now feel threatened by the shop owner and his employees in a small town. No parts were authorized by me and no notice of a 7.00 shop supply fee was ever communicated to me.

As far as a lost key. We never, ever remove keys from units and we have no use for the key.  It is possible the key is on the side of the motorcycle.  If customer  would like to give us an ignition number we may be able to get him a replacement key.
