Unfortunately, there was no record of this complaint We contacted the complainant and explained that we have made adjustments to the driver's route time which should place the bus at the pipoint within an acceptable time frame

I have reviewed the response (in scheduling, and arrival...

times) made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. However, in regards to their phone reception, this matter is an internal
issue, and most likely I will not be made aware of any response or
corrective action taken, unless I am in need to phone in once again. It would be settling to know for the regards of any persons phoning their facility that they are greeted with proper business etiquette. Displaying, compassion, patients, and respect, no matter the situation, or how upset the caller may be.

Review: Bus is scheduled to arrive at 7:01 AM. Since the services have begun, bus arrives at 7:06 AM. Schedules have been adjusted to account for the inconsistencies in arrival time, however from time to time bus arrives earlier than scheduled / un-scheduled times. There seems to be no consistency in the schedules they provide annually, and can't seem to arrive on their committed times. As well as, employees charged with answering phone calls / customer service, are rude, short, and provide false information in fulfilling their obligations. This business has operated very poorly since their induction into the [redacted]. The same problems seem to occur yearly with out resolution, and phoned in complaints are meet with little concern, and absolutely no corrective action.Desired Settlement: Fulfill schedule obligations, and communicate changes to everyone their services may effect.
