Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have never spoken to the owners they refuse to meet with me in-person and onsite to obtain a scope of work and provide actual bidsI am not in dispute with the homeowners associationWhile the president has never liked me he still works for me as a resident owner, regardlessI have only had laborers drop by un-announcedThe homeowners association only owns the front sprinkler system the rest is mine Again, I would like to meet the owners and discuss the many onion layered issues that occur and open the line of communicationHow can I meet with the homeowners association if I don't have bids from their contractor of choice? We have responded to Mr*** irrigation complaint time and spoke with him on the phone twice this summer and I did respond to his email, The front yard that he is talking about belongs to the HOA and we have done what we were asked to do by the President of the HOAMr *** is in a
dispute with the HOA, This is out of our control the President said not to do anymore work on his irrigation because nothing is wrong and the other complanets are not trueI just spoke with the HOA President and he will not be meeting with *** and we are not to respond to his call at any timeMr *** is not being truthful! We have taken care of this HOA for years! If you would like to speak with the President of the HOA let me know I will have him call you

We work for the HOA only! We only do what the HOA asks us to do!  We do not work for the homeowner he does not pay the bill! If and when a home owner need work done it has to be approved through the HOA first then the HOA will call and let us know what work they approve to be done. It's out of our hands, we do not go through the home owner at any time!!! Case closed!!!

While the president has never liked me he still works for me as a resident owner, regardless. I have only had laborers drop by un-announced. Again, I would like to meet the owners and discuss the many onion layered issues that occur and open the line of communication. How can I meet with the homeowners association if I don't have bids from their contractor of choice?
