[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is a very bold lie Cassandra C [redacted] if she is the owner was not in the store nor did she assist me originally The lies from this sales representative and now MsC [redacted] are spiralingI never used profanity, never threatened anyone that is not how you resolve any issue, Every time I went into the store I made sure I brought the same friend with me who created a time line of events to track progress that has gotten me no whereI was told that the sales girl who originally took the item and information was no longer employed this was told to me last time I went into the store Sept I was also told the owner was not available , she was out of the state again, she would not assist me in getting either the item returned or refundedI did not receive the item nor did I get any assistance in being refunded from the owner.In reading MsC [redacted] statement she fails to explain where the vaporizer is since I was not refunded The sales rep told me along with my friend who witness that it was lost, fell of a truck gonehe also stated he helped me originally, Correction to MsC***, No one used profanity at any time, I did not, my friend did not nor did any sales rep except to quote what the owner would say that being " Fyou" All I wanted was my item that I paid for by credit card returned since they can not return it back to me I want a refund for itThis is stealing they took the item, my information and kept my moneyI would not file a Revdex.com complaint and go threw all this for nothing I would like a refund , they have continuously lied committed fraudd now place accusations against me personallyJust please refund my money I paid for the item, I just want this to end simple no drama Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern, I am writing in response to complaint ID #[redacted], the customer states he would like a refund for an item he purchased from our store back in November 2015. Where there is some truth to his story there are many discrepancies. First and for most, I am the associate that...

originally helped this customer, I am still employed with the company, and the owners of the business know I had assisted him originally, therefor would have no reason to tell him was no longer employed. Secondly, when the customer came in with a problem with his device, he was very aggressive and even frightening to deal with. He was using foul language at myself and the other associate present, demanding a refund, and proceeded to go as far as to spit in my face and threaten the store. This is when the owner stepped in to take control of the situation. Recognizing the customer, knowing we had given him multiple free parts and services to his device, the owner tried to work with him, when the customer continued to be irate and violent, the owner asked him to leave the premises, and not return and if he was to return, authorities will be contacted. A few days after this incident, he returned with a friend who apologized for him and asked if I could send the product back to the manufacturer. agreed and took his information. Before we could send the item to our manufacturer, however, the customer and the same friend returned demanding the item be returned to them and they were going to handle the return on their own. In conclusion, this customer had given us many problems to begin with to demand a refund for a product he took back when we agreed to help him regardless of his violent actions, is unorthodox.hope my response is eye opening to this complaint and the nature behind the person making it.Sincerely,K.
