I am sorry to hear that the customer had a bad experience with usthis is truly unfortunate and saddens me to hearWe strive to make every customer's experience a pleasant oneWe do sometimes get very, very busy and we drop the ballThis certainly may have been the case this timeIt sounds like
we could have done a better job in being attentive to the customers concernsI am sorry this happenedI am not sure how to issue a partial refund in regards to the customer's requestOur basic oil change price is 34.95$ plus shop supplies, disposal fees and sales taxThe 34.95$ charge is for a new oil filter, new motor oil, and the labor to perform the serviceThe customer had a coupon for this oil change for 19.95$ plus shop supplies, disposal fees and sales taxWe did apply the 15$ discountThe Sales tax, shop supplies and disposal fees totaled about 8$The courtesy inspection, brake inspections and fluids being topped off are complimentary.I will immediately remove the customer's address from our database so no direct mail will ever be sent to the customer directly from usHowever, we do some mass mailings and if the customer lives within these areas then they will still get those mailingsThose mailings go to every household within the mailing zoneI have no ability to remove household from the mailing zones.I cannot confirm if we topped of the fluids or if we performed the courtesy inspection and brake inspectionWhile these services are complimentary, they still should have been done if requestedWe try to perform these three complimentary service every time on every vehicleWe may have dropped the ball in this caseIt is unfortunate and I wish we had been able to get these done for the customer if they were not donePlease advise me on how to issue a partial credit for the services that were not performedwhile they were complimentary, they still should have been doneI will await your responseThank you

I continuously receive coupons for oil changes from this companyI go up there a once or a couple of times a year for an oil change on my 'GMC JimmyOn 8-10-I made an appointment and went there because I had a $coupon for an oil change, tire rotation, point inspection including brakes, exhaust, antifreeze and fluids, wiper blades, belts, hoses, battery, and lightsThere were a couple of lights lit up on my dash; one was for EGR and the other was ABS brakesI walked in the door and was immediately met with hostility by a male named *** who I have never seen beforeHe lit into me about why I never let them fix my carI told him I didn't know anything was wrong with my car but I wanted my brakes checks in addition to everything else offered on the coupon to get ready for winterHe continued to harass me and it was evident he wanted me to leave but I sat down anywayThey take my car back and he assured me that they would drive it after it was done to check it out

I am sorry I did not respond as you had felt appropriateIt was not my intentionI thought I had answered everything the way it was requested in the complaintI offered a partial refund because that was exactly what was requested in the complaintAll I asked for was advice on how much of a partial refund was requestedA full refund was not requestedHowever, now you want a full refund because you did not like my response?I said we would stop direct mailing to your residence because the complaint specifically asked for that to happenIt wasn't meant to be a solution on my part to your bad service, It was simply me complying with your requestI did not try to reassure you that this would never happen again because the complaint made it clear that you were never coming back, that we had lost your business and I understood thatI was not going to waste your time trying to convince you that we will never do that again, etc, I honestly accepted your comments for face value and just wanted to give you what you requested and allow you to move onI apologized for your bad experience, I also apologized for us not making sure your car was properly servicedI made no excuses for our actionsI took your word for it that we screwed up, offered the exact partial refund you requested and took you off our mailing list which was the exact requests you asked forI did not mean to further upset you, I am a little confused about your second responseIf you had asked for a full refund the first time I would have given it to youYou just needed to let me know what you wanted to move on from this incidentWhen it comes to Revdex.com - they just ask you to tell both me and them what your requested remedy to the situation isI honestly agreed to all of your requests, with no excuses, and with an apology of us "dropping the ball"To be completely honest - trying to assure you it would never happen again and trying to win you back over as a customer seemed like it would be out of place after reading your complaintI just wanted to comply with your requests and allow you to put this behind usI am happy to offer the full 28$ (and some cents, I don't have the number in front of me) for your serviceAgain, I am sorry for the bad experience and sorry you had to go elsewhere to get your car serviced

I am sorry to hear that the customer had a bad experience with us. this is truly unfortunate and saddens me to hear. We strive to make every customer's experience a pleasant one. We do sometimes get very, very busy and we drop the ball. This certainly may have been the case this time. It sounds like...

we could have done a better job in being attentive to the customers concerns. I am sorry this happened. I am not sure how to issue a partial refund in regards to the customer's request. Our basic oil change price is 34.95$ plus shop supplies, disposal fees and sales tax. The 34.95$ charge is for a new oil filter, new motor oil, and the labor to perform the service. However, we do some mass mailings and if the customer lives within these areas then they will still get those mailings. Those mailings go to every household within the mailing zone. I have no ability to remove 1 household from the mailing zones.I cannot confirm if we topped of the fluids or if we performed the courtesy inspection and brake inspection. While these services are complimentary, they still should have been done if requested. We try to perform these three complimentary service every time on every vehicle. We may have dropped the ball in this case. It is unfortunate and I wish we had been able to get these done for the customer if they were not done. Please advise me on how to issue a partial credit for the services that were not performed. while they were complimentary, they still should have been done. I will await your response. Thank you.
