Based on these observations, we are not responsible for any refund. All we did was change oil and oil filter and washed the car

I have paper documentation that I was not told about the car having to be jump started. I was not even notified until I asked to speak with a manager about this matter. On the paper document that was given to me they should have stated my vehicle did not start and the business also had my contact information and they should have called.

I will just be sure to let everyone know that this business is not good to go to. There are multiple complaints against them for their wrong doing and they take no accountability. They were wrong and did not notify me about any issue and as I said before I have a hard copy as proof of that. It states no where on the paper that my car did not start and that they had to jump it. I should have been called immediately. If I had not asked to talk to a manager about the horrible job on the car wash I would have never known about the issue with my car.

We are not responsible for the battery failure and coolant reservoir leaking. We simply did oil and filter change. Cannot give any refund
