I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
1. The shoes were not returned to their original condition as stated by the business owner. They were coated with several coats of shoe polish which covered up the embossing. Also, the shoe polish was messy and coming off on the hands when the shoes were touched. 2. Dansko customer service informed me that the business owner/clerk should not have directed me to spray the shoes at all. I followed the advise of the clerk who I thought was the expert. There should have never been mention of spray at all. I was misdirected from the beginning so the spray issue is mute. The complaint will not be resolved by me until I receive the shipping costs that I am due by Josephs
