[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]First of all please don't lieMy car was there more than once for the same issue, I do understand that I bought a used car but from the many voice mails I got telling me my car was in "GREAT CONDITION NOW, LIKE NEW" I expected that very thing, if it wasn't thw case then those were the wrong words to tell someoneAnd secondly after I had stated that I would be taking legal action I called once more since my warranty was still in effect to see if I could bring the car in and I was told NO, because of me emailing about taking legal actionThat is why these measures had to be taken, the business was NOT willing to take my car in because of an email I wrote stating my frustration in the matterThirdly I would appreciate a call as to when the business will be ready to get this resolved once and for all, it is + degrees and it is unfair for children to be in the Arizona heat on public transportation and me paying for a car I cannot even drive Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, Ambar Yepiz

Sorry to hear that our client has had these problems with the vehicle purchased here with us, of course, from the first day that she reported problems with her car we offered to fix it and so we didThe law does not oblige dealers to provide a vehicle while the vehicle's customer is repaired,
however we let her drive a car both times we had to make repairs on her vehicle, when MrsYepiz called to tell us that she notice that was one more problem to solve, we offered her to take the vehicle to the Dodge dealer to avoid more setbacks, but she said she wanted her money back and no longer wanted the vehicle, we let her know that was not possible, but somehow we could continue with the necessary repairs until the vehicle were ready arranged her answer was that she would speak with her lawyer because she just wanted to return the vehicle and her money backwe are in the best disposition to help MrsYepiz , she can bring her car the day that is most convenient for her and we will work to fix the problem with her vehicleWe are an independent dealer selling used cars, and that is what they are used cars, we honor our promises and we are always willing to help our customer whit the repairsbut unfortunately not all the time we can do everything on one visit to the mechanic shop

I am rejecting this response because:Sadly there is a considerable amount of misrepresentation in Virginia’s response.? This is not the first time that she is hearing of the issues with the craftsmanship on the patio.? I pointed out most of the issues to her before she was even finished clearing out so she was well aware that I was not happy with the quality of the work.? ? She is also falsely claiming I had not paid her the deposit.? She was paid it but she returned the check to me because my bank was in Kenmore and (I found out later), she was trying to cash the check without processing it through her business account.? I assume that was to avoid paying taxes.? I have text messages from her stating all of this so it’s disappointing to see her try to change her story now.? She refused to accept my check from my bank in Kenmore so I had no choice but to write her a check from a bank in Issaquah.? However that was not my main bank so I told her that she would need to wait until the transfer of funds from the Kenmore bank to the Issaquah bank was complete.? It was never a situation of her not getting paid ??" she had been paid ??" she just didn’t want to process through her bank and wanted to cash it.? Her price was all-inclusive as well per our agreement.? When the issues around the work surfaced, she then tried to increase the agreed upon amount by trying to add more to it.? ? She altered one check and cashed it.? The 2nd one she tried to alter and the bank denied it due to her alteration.? ? ? ? She is also making claims about anyone walking on the patio.? I remained completely off of it while they were working on it.? In fact, she and the entire crew were walking on it during this time.? Furthermore she had stated that it was ok to walk on it with no shoes on.? The damage I am referring to is not caused by anyone walking on it.? It is the result of her and her workers.? The concrete splotches on the area around the stairs, the indentations in the stairs, the edges that were crumbing before they left (most likely caused by the workers because they removed the forms before the concrete was set) and the lack of the design imprint on the sides of the stairs (which no one ever walks on), the gaps under the concrete in the walkway, etc are all caused by poor craftsmanship.? ? ? I have had multiple companies come and review the work and they all agree that it is very poor quality and will require significant repair work.? She was paid a significant portion already but has refused to pay the concrete person and I am now left with a patio that is requiring significant funds to repair?
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:Sadly there is a considerable amount of misrepresentation in Virginia’s response. This is not the first time that she is hearing of the issues with the craftsmanship on the patio.  I pointed out most of the issues to her before she was even finished clearing out so she was well aware that I was not happy with the quality of the work.   She is also falsely claiming I had not paid her the deposit.  She was paid it but she returned the check to me because my bank was in Kenmore and (I found out later), she was trying to cash the check without processing it through her business account.  I assume that was to avoid paying taxes.  I have text messages from her stating all of this so it’s disappointing to see her try to change her story now.  She refused to accept my check from my bank in Kenmore so I had no choice but to write her a check from a bank in Issaquah.  However that was not my main bank so I told her that she would need to wait until the transfer of funds from the Kenmore bank to the Issaquah bank was complete.  It was never a situation of her not getting paid – she had been paid – she just didn’t want to process through her bank and wanted to cash it.  Her price was all-inclusive as well per our agreement.  When the issues around the work surfaced, she then tried to increase the agreed upon amount by trying to add more to it.   She altered one check and cashed it.  The 2nd one she tried to alter and the bank denied it due to her alteration.     She is also making false claims about anyone walking on the patio.  I remained completely off of it while they were working on it.  In fact, she and the entire crew were walking on it during this time.  Furthermore she had stated that it was ok to walk on it with no shoes on.  The damage I am referring to is not caused by anyone walking on it.  It is the result of her and her workers.  The concrete splotches on the area around the stairs, the indentations in the stairs, the edges that were crumbing before they left (most likely caused by the workers because they removed the forms before the concrete was set) and the lack of the design imprint on the sides of the stairs (which no one ever walks on), the gaps under the concrete in the walkway, etc are all caused by poor craftsmanship.    I have had multiple companies come and review the work and they all agree that it is very poor quality and will require significant repair work.  She was paid a significant portion already but has refused to pay the concrete person and I am now left with a patio that is requiring significant funds to repair.

That is why these measures had to be taken, the business was NOT willing to take my car in because of an email I wrote stating my frustration in the matter. Thirdly I would appreciate a call as to when the business will be ready to get this resolved once and for all, it is 100 + degrees and it is unfair for 4 children to be in the Arizona heat on public transportation and me paying for a car I cannot even drive

This is the 1st I have known about this. I did do work for [redacted] she was supposed to pay 1/2 plus tax down and 1/2 on completion. money needed to be transfered. The original bid amount was to include sales tax however the day before we poured she wanted to add color. That changed the bid amount. At this time I have been unable to pay the concrete. I did not alter the check I wrote on the memo line sales tax ans 400 were still owed. As for the quality of work, she went on and on about how much she liked it. There is no need for vapor barrier on a patio. I believe the patio looks great at least it did when we finished, I told her a number of times to not walk on it that the fresh concrete could breat, she did anyway, and how much more damage she caused after I left I do not know. At this time she still has not paid for the work I completed. Please let me know if there is anything else you need.
