The Mountain View Medical group does not follow industry practices for credit and billingThey threatened my family with credit reporting after we had proof of payment from the insurance company and they refused to sign a letter acknowledging the received the proofAdditionally they sent the 60-day notice with less than days prior to credit reportingThis specific company refused to guarantee repayment in a timely manner in writing even when we offered to pay out of pockets prior to receiving the insurance check a day laterI am sorry for any other future patients who are forced to work through this company since we rarely have a choice as consumers when our children are sick in an emergency situationWe had over bills from our emergency room visit and they were the only one that operated with a callous intent to ignore legal insurance proof of payment in an attempt to extort sooner paymentThey want us to follow the system yet they will exploit it for themselves
