This place is terrible do not move here. They trailers fall apart. And you can not get the landlord to fix anything. This place was a nightmare. Our roof started caving in from all the leaks. We told him four times and he never did anything about it. After our lease was up he took our deposit after we left the place better than we came into it. It was spotless. But he still took most of our deposit. We
Got back 100 out of 550 and he made up a list of lies that we "didn't" do. These places are a health hazard. Who knows how much black mold is in these. They should all be burnt to the ground.
