I went to see Mountain View Orthopedics, on 7/25/before my *** insurance was done It was due to stop in the start September I checked in and gave my *** card to the person checking me and asked that it was checked by *** and see said it was handled So, now I received the bill saying I had no insurance which I know I did I called and explained that I had *** they said it was Ok and it was checked into But, I still am getting the bill and now it's on my credit report I would have never gone if it wasn't covered

Mr***-We are very sorry about this issue. We did run your insurance eligibility at the time of your appointment, and the payer indicated that your account was active. Upon submitting the claim, the payer has denied, indicating that the account was not active. We are
currently working with *** to resolve the issue, and have submitted documentation of eligibility status that we obtained at the time of your visit. We are waiting for processing from ***.
