We recently had some Sunrise windows installed and soon thereafter started having moisture appear on the outside of the glass Sunrise had their rep examine the windows but there is no solution for the problem...just live with it If we had been told that this might occur we would not have purchased the windows So we just have to live with the problem We are disappointed with the windows and would not recommend this brand
On 11/I put a negative review on here regarding the performance of my 5-pane bow window and less than acceptable customer service from Sunrise Windows I want to tell you my review has now changed to extremely positive On 12/I was contacted by Sunrise to set up an appointment for today to replace the (2) defective sashes When *** and *** from Sunrise came out, they brought with them ALL sashes (complaint was only about of them) and replaced ALL of them with a better performing, higher energy rated sash They had the install done in a very short time with very little mess and total professionalism from both of these service techs They also had brought along (2) extra sashes in case one of the got damaged when trying to install and told me to just keep them as an extra in case I had any other problems in the future I was very impressed with the way they handled everything and am completely satisfied with the window, their work and the way they stand behind their product I would recommend these windows to others and I will definitely use them again for any windows I might replace in the future Thanks Sunrise for standing behind your product and warranty and thanks *** and *** for the quality work you did today!

I purchased a 5-sash bow window ($3500 installed) back in 2005. Over a year ago 1 sash started hazing up between the double panes. After SEVERAL calls to Sunrise I was finally told I had to work through the original contractor that put the window in - why I wasn't told this when I first called is beyond me. I contacted the contractor and he ordered the sash but did inform me that he would wait till he was making a trip to my town so he could do a couple jobs at one time. I was ok with that and my contractor has been great - I have no complaint with him or his business. So they got the sash sometime in the spring of 2014 and made it out in Sept. to install. I didn't care that it didn't get installed over the summer months as the window only hazed up when it was cold out. They showed up to do the install and the sash didn't have the prairie grilles in between the panes of glass. So, he re-ordered. He called me this week to let me know the pane arrived again BUT still had no grilles in it. Since that time, another pane has gone bad but not with the seal - the white prairie grille facing the street is now turning a yellowish color....so I told my contractor to order a replacement for that. It has now been over a year and the window still isn't fixed. I will tell you that I do have windows from a competitor and have had only 2 panes go bad out of a whole houseful of windows (previous house) and those panes were both completely replaced within 2 weeks of my initial call - no questions asked !! It is now too late in the year to change out these defective panes so if the problem isn't fixed by spring of 2015 I will be filing a Revdex.com complaint to get it resolved. Poor customer service if you ask me!
