Mountain View Property Management

Does not fix important repair issues in a timely manner, regardless of the safety and well being of the tenant.
I am a tenant for Mountain View Property Management. I have had multiple issues while living here. The company is responsible for the water bill and it was shut off 4 times within the first few months of living there, regardless of us paying our rent. Of those 4, the water was off for 7 days one time (no shower, sewage, sink). The heat went out downstairs and a work order was created on Dec 2nd in the portal, yet the issue was not fixed until almost a month later. An electrical issue occurred, the office was notified through the portal. With no concerns for our safely gave instructions to "just don't use a lot of power" until it can get fixed. This was a fire hazard and pets were alone inside. We had to relocate for the night. Recently, the toilet upstairs cracked and overflowed, causing the entire ceiling in the kitchen to fall to the ground. The entire kitchen is flooded and unlivable. Because it was a Friday, they said it wouldn't start to be fixed until Monday. Once again we have relocated from our home. There has also been issues with mold growing under the sink. This company doesn't fix serious issues in a timely manner and has the worst attitude about it. No compensation for having to leave our home multiple times. A simple apology or kindness has never been given. I feel like my health and safety has never been a priority for them.
