Customers complaint is that we do not allow him access to our Shell Station/Convenience due to the fact of his association with a customer who was caught shop lifting in our Shell StationWe will continue to not allow this individual in our Shell Station/Convenience store due to the fact that he does have a history with us of fraudulent credit cards that he used in our store that he knowingly knew were fraudulentThe individual that he knows is his wife and this was just the first time we actually caught her stealingWe had suspected that they have been stealing for a long time but had no evidenceBecause we fill that allowing this individual in our store poses an issue that our sales clerk has to monitor him the whole time while he is in the store, we will not allow him back in the Shell station or on the propertyIf someone else is driving his vehicle and he is not in it, we have no issue with the vehicle being on our property or the person driving the vehicle coming in to shop at our storeOur issue is with the individual who has written this complaintThank you for allowing us to tell our side of the story.Sent on: 8/4/4:21:PM

I am rehis response because:I never used bad credit cards I've only been going in there for the last two yearsThey are making fake allegationsThis really upsets me id like to do what I can to show my side

We will continue to not allow this individual in our Shell Station/Convenience store due to the fact that he does have a history with us of fraudulent credit cards that he used in our store that he knowingly knew were fraudulent. The individual that he knows is his wife and this was just the first time we actually caught her stealing. We had suspected that they have been stealing for a long time but had no evidence. Because we fill that allowing this individual in our store poses an issue that our sales clerk has to monitor him the whole time while he is in the store, we will not allow him back in the Shell station or on the property. If someone else is driving his vehicle and he is not in it, we have no issue with the vehicle being on our property or the person driving the vehicle coming in to shop at our store.
