Mountain Waste & Recycling will issue a $credit to her account and reverse collection activity Apparently there was mis-communication between Ms*** and her supervisor with regards to the amount of trash she was going to be getting rid of *** did a good job while employed at MWR The credit will be issued on 9-15-and a call to C2C will be made to resend the collection process

I am rejecting this response because: As an employee, I was offered free trash service, which I never utilizedYes, they did offer the yard containerThey were aware that I was going to be moving, and this was the reason for me using the containerI did not leave unannouncedThe container was scheduled to be picked up only onceI went to the District Manager asking that it be emptied once, prior to me moving because I had more than I expected, then, the 2nd time after I had moved and I told him I would be gone after July 1stThey sent someone to empty the container (while I was still working there), then I was told by Mike that they would make the final pick up after I had goneI FILLED the container, I do not dispute that, I left a mattress and box spring against the container, because it was impossible for me to lift it on topThere was never any mention to me that there were stipulations on how much I could put in the container, or anything else, for that matter besides me asking for the additional dump of containerI would think that if this was a problem, it might have been brought to my attention when I asked for that to happen.I never thought that this would turn into grudges being held because I had to move out of state to care for ailing family membersI never expected to be treated this way and so petty from people that I genuinely consider friendsI have been unsuccessful in getting favorable job references from them either, after years of glowing references from themI worked hard a few years ago to correct my credit after several bad years and relationships and I do not think it is fair or right for them to be able to try to collect money from me, and negatively impacting my credit for something that was offered to me, as an employee benefit, and now is trying to be collected from me, when I never knew there were "conditions".I would like to reiterate that I did not ask to use the container, then quit, and continue using itI was going to be out of my house July 1st, they knew that I was leavingPlease remove this charge, because conditions were never discussed with me at any time.Regards,*** ***

The existing contract that has been executed in good faith by both parties will not expire until 1-13-2020.

I am rejecting this response because: The Association has been in contact with the company for over a year with efforts to cancel the contract, and confirmed the...

termination window with the company. When this termination window came up, the company produced another contract and said the termination window had passed, and the contract had auto-renewed. The company was well aware of the intent to cancel, knew that customer's intent, and did not advise the customer that they had an incorrect termination window or that, at the time of the termination window was passing that the option to cancel was now available.

I am rejecting this response because: The business was well aware of our intent to cancel, and did not take the customer's repeated requests to cancel into consideration when the cancellation window approached just days after the communication knowing that the customer had the wrong cancellation date due to an incorrect contract. Cancellation should have been allowed when the window approached as a good faith effort by the company.

[redacted] was employed at Mountain Waste & Recycling (MWR) for 2 years.  MWR offers trash service for all employees while employed with the company.  Ms. [redacted] asked for a dumpster at her house to do some cleaning of her residence.  Ms. [redacted] resigned from the company...

and continued to fill the dumpster.  She not only filled the dumpster, she left very large piles of trash and large items outside the dumpster so the $75 that was billed is to cover the landfill fees for the bulk items she left behind.
