[redacted] was employed at Mountain Waste & Recycling (MWR) for years MWR offers trash service for all employees while employed with the company Ms [redacted] asked for a dumpster at her house to do some cleaning of her residence Ms [redacted] resigned from the company and continued to fill the dumpster She not only filled the dumpster, she left very large piles of trash and large items outside the dumpster so the $that was billed is to cover the landfill fees for the bulk items she left behind
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business was well aware of our intent to cancel, and did not take the customer's repeated requests to cancel into consideration when the cancellation window approached just days after the communication knowing that the customer had the wrong cancellation date due to an incorrect contract.
