***: We recently received complaint number *** regarding our lack of response to the insured concerning their policy on collectionsOn April 21, 2016, the insured contacted our Customer Service Department requesting a payment plan for their policy on collectionThe insured was referred to our Collections Specialist, and the call was passed to the specialist's voicemailOur standard operating procedure is to log all voicemails in our tracking systemThere is no notice of the insured leaving a message with the specialist at that timeOn May 12, 2016, the insured called the Collections Specialist regarding the collection amountOur specialist attempted to return the call twice on May 12, Both times the specialist received a notice that the insured's voice mailbox had not been set up and had no option of leaving a messageWe have received no other correspondence or request from the insured regarding this collections amount. A claim was submitted on behalf of the contractor who installed the roofWe insure the contractor under a business policyThe determination was made that there was coverage for the interior damageThe roof installation is not covered under the policy, only the interior damage that is a result of the installation of the roofOur insured has refused to give a statement and but we notified him that the contractor policy will pay the interior damage and have requested copies of receipts, invoices etcof what he has paid so we can process for paymentTo date, we have not received this information Upon receipt we will pay what is owed from the contractor policy.

I am rejecting this response because: Nothing has been settle** The "refund" is not for the correct amount. It's cute that they demand all correspondence be done through my attorney, as all correspondence he has already been included on. If we proceed that way, they will be paying for my legal fees as well as refunding me the CORRECT amount that was stolen from me. I REALLY want to be done with this horrible company and its [redacted]ompetent representatives. Please refund me the amount you actually owe me. It's already been established that you (Farm Bureau) as I have a refund check already. Now, let's just get the right amount on that check and everything will be wrapped up!!

After careful review, these policies are charging correctly. Both policies the insureds carry with Mountain West Farm Bureau [redacted] Insurance are on annual policy terms. Therefore, the policy declarations pages are sent out each year for the policy renewals, rather than every 6 months as Mrs. [redacted] requests. Declarations pages are also sent with policy changes. Mrs. [redacted] was provided these policy declarations again per her request during our correspondence with her. Due to changes made on her policy; declarations pages were also mailed to her on February 4, 2015. The policies were both billed and paid for renewal, which authorized their renewals. We have not received a signature from Mrs. [redacted] to allow us to cancel these policies. I am rejecting this response because:Information provided from the contains information which is not factual and is trying to confuse the issues of poor service and business practice against good faith. 
Of the information provided I would gather that the team at Farm Bureau is not intent on providing insurable coverage that can be counted on as discussed and promised. Since Farm Bureau has lacked in the investigation into our insurance claim taking the statements as fact would only lead to more lies by Farm Bureau. In order to make such statements one (Farm Bureau) should have promptly performed in a best faith effort to properly investigate.
