2015. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to your concerns.
Our records indicate that your account became past due with the August 1, 2014 payment. The phone calls you refer to are collections calls that we're required to make in accordance with our regulatory and investor requirements. As of today's date, the only phone number on file is a cell phone that your wife has authorized us to call.
On November 11, 2014, a payment was authorized by you and the incorrect checking account was drafted. This was an isolated incident, and upon being notified of the error, we promptly reversed the payment and waived a late charge in the amount of $22.29. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused. All other fees assessed to the account are due to habitual late payments on the loan.
Our records indicate that you were connected to a supervisor at your request and contact was established with a live person on November 17, 2014, November 20, 2014, and March 24, 2015. In addition, a manager from our corporate office attempted to reach you regarding your concerns on May 11, 2015. A message was left on the authorized cell phone associated with your loan; however, we have not received a response from you.

Mountain West Financial did lie and take their time with this transaction. After pressuring them to put a rush on it and with the help of Revdex.com after 3 months it looks like the [redacted] family will finally close on our home and we can move on. I do not wish this horrible experience on anyone and will let everyone know to stay away from Mountain West Financial if they want a quick or decent close of escrow. My family and I have been through a lot and I hope we can be in our new house by next week.
