Made appointment for agent to measure and order window replacement.which had been damaged by several birds hitting window, causing large cracksHad to wait one week for appointmentThen agent never called or showed up after I called to make sure someone was coming(Called twice.) I sent an email reporting this to Mountain GlassThe next day, the owner called and said they were too busy and blessed to do the jobHe told me to call another company that wasn't as busy as them With this attitude their business is probably disorganized and will soon learn chasing away customers is not a smart thing to doBut, I seriously doubt it
