Be careful with Mountain West builders Doug was quick to take the initial deposit, then after some initial tests and planning, quit unexpectedly, and kept almost 60% of the deposit for 'all the work' he did I guess I'm fortunate that he quit sooner rather than deeper into the homebuilding process My recommendation: If you're looking at Mountain West, just move on
