When the sales person came out from Mountian West Pest, who is also the manager, we told him we did not want communication by e-mail or text. We wanted to be called about appointments. not only because I dont always carry my cell phone but because we would also need to put our animals in. So on 7-28-2018 I happen to see on my phone they have been to the house and sprayed. With future looking on my phone they had sent an e-mail the evening before. not only did they not call, they did'nt even give a 24 hour window. So they sprayed with my dogs out? They could not possibly treat the whole yard in less they sprayed my dogs too. There were no advertisement that they had been there or paper or card left on door. I would assume that they came but do not really know. They have offered to lower the bill to 69.00 instead of 89.00 but the whole point if they honored there agreement about calling first I would of cancelled because our contract is up. They also offered to come out and respray but wont forgive the bill because we received a service. So send a guy out again and pay him again but don't forgive the charge? Come to find out Mountian West is sending all communications by computer now and that is why they did not call. So forget what they originally agreed to. Goes to show say anything to get a sale!

To whom it may concern,

We just received your letter today, Oct 9th 2018. We are writing to dispute the complaint filed.

We tried calling and will call again tomorrow, but we wanted to send an email immediately to help resolve this concern.

In response to the customers complaint. We do send a service reminder the day before service and we have ALWAYS done it this way. The customer was sent both a text message and email reminder on July 27th, 2018. The customer says that she does not want any communication by text or email, yet we have received emails from her in the past. So she has communicated with us via email. We have also sent her reminders for all of her previous FIVE services. I have attached a copy of her service agreement for your records (see notes on the upper right side). As the agreement shows there is NO comment/note that the customer would like to receive phone calls only. Up to this point we have serviced Mrs. several times, and we have no notes of the customer wanting to only contact her by phone.

We have apologized for the inconvenience and even offered to come back and perform the service again for her but the customer refused. We even offered to credit the customer $20, but the customer has still yet to pay for the service performed.

We have tried to make it right, and are sorry for the inconvenience but we do not have any notes as the service agreement shows, that the customer wants to be contacted by phone only.

We will call Revdex.com again tomorrow and would like to provide any information needed to help resolve this issue and to help keep our strong standing as we have worked hard to keep a good reputation!

I am rejecting this response because: I will be paying the amount of 69.00 because of there threat of sending me to collections and adding 150.00 charge. but it is not because I agree with them. They should refund it to me, but I won't hold my breath. Mountain west will say anything to sell there product, and not put on there agreement. They were always supposed to call so we would make sure someone would be home to put dogs in and pick up kids toys off our patio so they did not get sprayed. I have responded by email or text if I have happened to see it. but the manager of the office is the one that came out and sold us the service and was the one to call the first few times to scheduled appointment as agreed ., but he seems to have conventionally forgotten our agreement. Anyone beware that what they say is not necessary the truth and you will have to pay for there mistakes. I will also say I'm glad our dogs didn't get sick because of there negligence.

We have included a copy of the agreement (included in the last response) that was signed by the customer and there were no notes that mentioned that we needed to call to schedule a service. When Mrs ***s contract was up she had over 3 months, more than 90 days to contact Mountain West Pest to cancel her service. We had no idea that she wanted to cancel service when her contract was up because we had not heard from her that she wanted to discontinue service. So we performed the service as have been doing for over a year. Again we have no notes in the contract saying any of this. The customer did pay her bill, that we discounted for her, which we are thankful.
