We have spoken with the complainant and apologized for the happenings that she believes caused her difficulties We have agreed to pay her bills to date as requested Our only wish is for her pet to be healthy and her to be happy with us again

This is not harassment. I'm trying to solve a problem that I have with the business and that is the sole purpose of filing this complaint with the Revdex.com. All I was/am requesting was/is for the agreement of Mountainaire Animal Clinic to pay for the two future vet visits to be in writing, not just verbally, before I would accept Mountainaire Animal Clinic's response. We have reimbursed [redacted] for her vet visits up to date and let her know that when the future services were rendered we would pay for those as well when she brought us the invoices.  Under advisement from our accountant we did not pay for future bills on speculation.We now consider this harassment and are done dealing with it.
