Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 16, 2016/04/28) */ We responded to this guests concerns immediately once notifiedA new DVD was purchased immediately on the first day of their stay, only to find that the old one was working fine when returned to the officeOne screen had a very minor bend in the right vertical support that was not reported by the owner of the unit who stayed in the unit immediately prior to their stayIt was reported to us by this guest on day of their stay Any cleaning issues where not reported until the day of their stayOffice staff went to the unit and discussed any concerns in personIf they did not have any towels, toilet paper or paper towels, they should have notified our staff when they installed a new DVD player on day one As stated, the actual owner of the unit was in the unit days prior to this guests arrivalOur staff did a minimal cleaning of the unit after the owner on the same day this guest arrived Despite our contention that there were only very minor issues with their unit and any problems were addressed right away once reported to us, we issued a 25% refund on their stay the day prior to their departureWe do not feel any further refund is warranted Thank you, [redacted]

in the right vertical support that was not reported by the owner of the unit who stayed in the unit immediately prior to their stay. It was reported to us by this guest on day 5 of their stay
Any cleaning issues where not reported until the 5 day of their stay. Office staff went to the unit and discussed any concerns in person. If they did not have any towels, toilet paper or paper towels, they should have notified our staff when they installed a new DVD player on day one.
As stated, the actual owner of the unit was in the unit 2 days prior to this guests arrival. Our staff did a minimal cleaning of the unit after the owner on the same day this guest arrived.
Despite our contention that there were only very minor issues with their unit and any problems were addressed right away once reported to us, we issued a 25% refund on their stay the day prior to their departure. We do not feel any further refund is warranted.
