I am rejecting this response because: MrP*** still refuses to accept responsibility for his actionsThis isn't about me "not being able to be appeased" as MrP*** claims, it's about holding him accountable for his disgusting business practices and making sure that other people are warned about his predatory tactics and the only way that will happen is if his Revdex.com grade is lowered to reflect the grade his business deserves and to show him that he can't get away with this againMrP*** would like you to think this is an isolated incident but it isn'tWe've found reviews online detailing the same nightmare we went through was perpetrated on others by MrP*** as wellIt's dispicible and he should be ashamed of himself, although it's clear he isn't by the way he insists upon lying about what happened to us

To Whom it may concern:We were extremely surprised, to say the least, to receive notice of this complaintUpon completion and installation of the ***'s new roof, the ***'s told us they were extremely satisfied It was not until we requested payment that we were made aware of thisWe
contracted with Mrand Mrs*** to replace their failing roof We did so as agreed and with the agreed upon price The contract was signed by *** *** We offer several payment options: credit card payments, cash, checks and use two different finance companies With the credit card/finance companies - we have no control over whether or not the customer will qualify for financing The customer provides the information required by the company and is then approved for financing or denied We NEVER submit information to the credit card issuer/finance company until the entire job is completed to the customer's satisfactionAfter the job is complete, we then process the financing information for approval or denialWe would not have known that Mr*** and his wife would be declined until that point When Mrand Mrs*** were informed that they did not get approved for financing and would have to pay for their completed roof replacement another way, they became very angry and accusing We always go over financing options so the customer can make an informed choice The information includes approximate monthly payment and interest rates available contingent on their approvalIt was at this point that Mrand Mrs*** had Mrs***'s father call our office He mentioned that he (father) thought his daughter and her husband were being mistreated and that he would advise them to file for bankruptcy Mrs***'s father was informed that this was a binding contract and that Mountainland Exteriors had fulfilled its part and now required payment for services and supplies He was also informed that Mountainland Exteriors has a legal right to issue a Construction Lien on the property to try to secure paymentPayment was not made and Mountainland Exteriors filed for the Construction Lien In the interim, Mrs***'s father evidently decided to help secure funds and Mountainland Exteriors was issued a cashier's check for payment in full The Construction Lien was immediately released The Construction Lien would never have been processed had Mrs***'s father not threatened bankruptcy and had Mrand Mrs*** answered our phone calls We have enclosed the paid in full receipt and a copy of the Lien releaseWe regret any misunderstanding that the ***'s may have had We always leave a copy of the signed contract with the customer stating that payment is required upon completion The method of payment is the customer's obligation to secure Please let us know if any other information is needed.Thank you, Randy P***

There were NO lies and deceit We truly believe it was a misunderstanding We have not had anyone 'cut ties' with us, family or otherwise We pride ourselves on taking care of our customers The ***s work was done to their satisfaction We were paid We value our rating with the Revdex.com and strive to resolve any issues timely and responsibly It would appear that some customers cannot or will not be appeased That is regrettable to us but strengthens our resolve to provide the best service possible, as we have always tried to do
