I had a good experience with one doctor that I worked with at this location some years back but he no longer works here and now the practice in my experience has continued to decline in every aspect of careI went for a routine dental cheand cleaning and after the doctor came in tapping extra hard on my teeth I was in a lot of pain
He stated that I needed a root canal and crown (without any hot/cold test, etc.) It was after this that I was in so much pain They said that I had an infection in a another tooth (had no pain at this time) and gave me antibiotics but with being in such bad pain the next day I called the office and they were not interested in helping at all Maria is very nasty and won't even crack a smile more less act like she gives a care about you in the years I have gone there
Long story short they misdiagnosed my tooth based on there taps on my teeth, missed the crack in another tooth which was visible on the x-ray but advised me to do a root canal and crown about $on another tooth that had no issue! I had two other opinions with x-rays and they both said that there was no issue with the other tooth While I was trying to figure out the infection part and why the antibiotics were working after days since the pain was getting worse and worseI called the office and they told me that unless I was ready for the $4k Bill there was nothing they could do
I asked maybe trying a different antibiotic would help but they says no stating that they weren't just going to keep giving me pills like I was a drug addiction, lolWho wants to take antibioticsThis is not the only issue that I had with them although my worst and last experienceTerrible experience from the front office to the dentists..Money talks with them not PeopleVery judgemental and unkind
Hopefully, your office with learn to treat people with kindness and some level of respect no matter what your social class, insurance coverage and bank account balance
