My wife and I recently had our first child, moved just inside of there mile limitI contacted mountainside to cancel our membership due to our inability to visit the club and my injuries sustained from a combat related tour of duty
Despite my numerous contacts with the club, management and billing none of them were partial to my situationthe robots that work for this company said the only way out of my contract was to buy my way outI was completely willing to rejoin wen we were settled and my injuries healed, no help from anyone company wide, even at the corporate level
My advice is to stay far away from this horrible business, no compassion for new mothers or combat Veterans despite providing proof

Mountainside advertised a five day coupon to try out their club We have entertained the idea of switching gyms because the one we use is pretty expensive Our gym was doing some renovation so we thought we would give Mountainside a try We filled out the information on their website and printed the coupon Showed up at the gym early Monday morning and they had us fill out a card and let us use the gym On wednesday we went to the gym and they told us the pass was not good for people who belonged to the gym we were from and that we could pay $to use they gym We left No where on the coupon did it say that and no one had contacted us from the first day telling us that we were no longer welcome
