Mountainside Pugs

I am writing to report a potentially fraudulent transaction. On 4/2/17, I sent Mountainside, a dog breeder, a deposit of $300 for a male pug. Prior to sending a deposit, on 4/1, the breeder, Mary, told me that she had "a couple of litters on (her) upcoming schedule with deposit hold openings.” She also said that her dog *** was "showing signs of early heat…” and due to go into heat very soon. After this email exchange, I submitted a deposit on 4/2/17 via ***. On 4/28, I emailed Mary re: Randi’s status. She indicated that “*** is definitely in heat now….” I acknowledged her email and requested that she informs me when the dog conceived. On 4/29, Mary responded, “OK, I’ll let you know when we get a tie….”On 6/3, I emailed Mary again after not hearing back from her in over a month. She stated, “I have a due date of around 6/14….” She sent a correction email, indicating that “I have her due on 7/12….” On 7/6, Mary email stating that *** was not as big as expected, but she was hoping her due date was off. On 7/30, I emailed Mary again re: a status update. It wasn’t until then that she told me that “*** did not get pregnant on this cycle,” and she was “moving everyone to the next available litters,” adding “there are 3 fawns scheduled to breed as soon as they come into heat (anytime). Having not heard from Mary in months, I emailed Mary again on 11/20, re: status. I didn’t receive a response, so I emailed again on 11/29. She informed me that *** had 2 female puppies and she had “another fawn due tomorrow that is expecting 5 puppies…(and)The next fawn litter after that is due 12/12.” On 1/6, I again emailed Mary for an update. She responded on 1/7 with info about other litters. At this point, frustrated with all of the excuses and still without a pug after nearly a year, I requested a refund, which Mary refused. I’m requesting the Revdex.com to investigate this business for possible fraud, and refund my money, as I never received a dog after nearly a year. Email documentation available
