I am unsure how to respond to this complaint as it is the first such complaint we have had in years of businessContrary to *** *** complaint, he had called on two separate occasions and an attempt was made to call him backWhen my business manager spoke with him he was extremely rude and
condescending, and all she was doing was following up on a computer generated unpaid claims listHe states that he paid with his HSA account, which we have no record ofBut to alleviate his angst we took him at his word and applied the credit to his accountI am unsure how much more we could have done to make the situation wholeAs far as this being a billing scam, now I take offenseWe are an extremely reputable business and have never and would never scam anyone out of anythingWe process thousands of claims a month, we apologize it this one fell through the cracks if he did indeed send the paymentShould *** *** like to come to my office and discuss this further I would be happy to speak with him, in the meantime I have made my attorney aware of the situation, and should I get wind any further derogatory comments concerning this issue I will move forward with a defamation suit
