This afternoon I called the Revdex.com Southwest Office at 7007 Jefferson Street NE Suite A, in Albuquerque, NM and spoke to a lady named [redacted] (not sure if name spelling is correct).  Per her instructions I want to submit the following written statement regarding my Revdex.com Complaint # [redacted] with MountainView Regional Medical Center.  Recently I receive an offer of settlement from MountainView. Due to dealing with some serious family medical problems I went past the 7 days given to respond with an acceptance or refusal notice.  Please be advised that I wish to ACCEPT the offer made by MountainView  to adjust the account [redacted] to a zero balance due.  Just to set the record straight though, I do still maintain that I was turned over to a collection agency as it clearly stated so on the notices I received.  The collection agency also stated on their second notice that they had contacted my employer.  [redacted] commented that I had the ability to pay the debt. That was totally uncalled for as I was waiting for a new bill per the instructions I receive from the representative. I also never received any emails from anyone at MountainView. As I stated in my first paragraph, I DO accept the offer of settlement made by the MountainView Representative and I do thank them for making this right.  I would like the Revdex.com to post a notice on the complaint site for MountainView stating that a satisfactory resolution has been reached. [redacted]
