Practice is Not returning calls
I have been trying to contact this practice regarding cancelled appt on 9/"due to emergency"
I have called for several days and get recording and then a message that the mailbox is full and then disconnected
I have gone on-line days with an live on-line chat the representative wants to connect me to the same non-answered phone line I have asked for them to transfer a message for someone to give me a return call No response As I have asked for this different times, I get this response from the on-line chat person (Sharon & William)
"I'm sorry, I'm an internet representative for the company and only have access to general information." and then disconnected
There is no message on their website or voice messaging that indicates what their issue is and when we/they might connect
I have a gut feeling that something is very wrong in this practice and feeling less confident about them
