As the manager of Mountain View I can truly say that we are not happy with this carprt buildWe have worked with the carport company for quite a few years and they have always done a very good job untill nowWe understand that this carport has has multiple problemsThe shed was mounted on the pad, then moved causing angled anchors, the man door has a rust streak on it and wouldn't even open, the overhead doors were not even installed the first couple of visits and then they were not installed correctlyI personally have visited this job to see first hand the problems, and I have personally made at least different calls to [redacted] to make sure they were aware of the problems, that they knew exactly what needed to be fixed, and to see when they were going to fix itI have personally spoken with [redacted] and he promised me that they would take care of all the issues mentioned above the week of June 13-2016, and that they would install an extra window for free to compensate for some of the problems [redacted] promised to call me back and let me know a more specific dateI called ***, and relayed ***' promiseAs a company, we are at a loss to know how to solve this customers problemWe ultimately have no control over the carport companyWe are more than willing to work with the customer and keep contacting the company about completing the shed properly

job correctly, we have been in contact with *** *** multiple timesFinally, on Monday the 23rd of May, I went personally out to see the customer and see firsthand what needed to be finished, and the general condition of the shed as it was sitting at that timeHe showed me what needed done, and when I ask him what he was expecting from me, he simply stated that he wanted the shed completed, and that he felt confident that *** would get it completed. That afternoon I called *** and tried to get some solid answers as to when the shed would get completedThen Tuesday in the mail we got the letter from Revdex.com stating that the customer had made a complaint and wanted his money backI called *** again and tried to talk to the top people but they were outI left a message with the person that answered the phone but never got a call back. This morning the customer walked into our store and we talked about the whole situationThe customer said he didn’t realize that the complaint on Mountain View had gone through and that he would go home and let Revdex.com know that Mountain View had taken care of their part of the problemOnce again, I called *** and this time was able to speak with the person in charge of the company, and he assured me that it was their problem, NOT Mountain View’s, and that they would be there to fix the problems the week of June 13-He will be calling me back with a more exact date.
