I bought a $Asus computer from Mouse Calls in April From the day I got it, it would have a message that pops up "Digital display driver has stopped working but has successfully recovered." This causes a big problem for me in my job as a court reporter because when the screen goes black and the message pops up, my audio stops recording They haven't fixed the problem, they don't know what the problem is and they will not answer my calls or even care about the issue They stopped all communication Mouse Calls only wants your money, and then more money They will not help you unless you are on their VIP list, which is a monthly charge They don't care about getting you up and running I spoke to Geek Squad about this issue They have been wonderful to work with and know a lot more than the folks at Mouse Calls They have dealt with this issue before It's a Windows update Run from Mouse Calls
