We had a large and awkward piece of furniture delivered by Mov2day. The service was really quick, within 24 hours. It was obvious they took great care of our piece. It had been shrink wrapped. Will P and Kenel made sure everything was just so. This is a first rate operation.

Kent, Tommy, Justin and BrIan have spent three long days in a very difficult move all with great courtesy, good humor and expertise. I would highly recommend them and Mov2day any time.

They told me they charged $65 / hr. When they showed up, they seem courteous but I was surprised to see them moving so slow, going up and down a few times to bring tools. One guy was on the phone THE ENTIRE TIME. He had the phone glued to his shoulder while lifting the mattress. I only had one queen bed and 2 night stands and 1 small table to take away, They spent less than an hour but wanted to charge me for 3 hours $190. When I complained, they said they start charging me when they leave their warehouse, which is 2miles, even if they stop for gas along the way!! I felt ripped off. I do not recommend their service as they are not transparent and honest.

I just had Mov2Day move me from my small home in Naples, Florida to my new large home in Naples, Florida. I have to say this was a fantastic experience. Randy, Bill, Juan were fabulous. Very courteous, fast and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience. This is my second move in Naples. The last one, with another company, was a total disaster. I have moved many times in my life and this was the worst experience I have ever had. The movers were totally unprepared when they came to load my belongings...no shrink wrap (I loaned them some), no duplicate inventory papers, and no insurance paperwork that I was told the driver would have to me to sign. I was told they would shrink wrap my upholstered furniture once they got it to the warehouse...they did not. Once my belongings were in storage they tried to raise the monthly rate (but eventually honored the original price.) However, they tried to recoup that when I was ready to move my belongings out by quoting an exorbitant price. I rented a truck and used friends to get my belongings out! I would not recommend this company!
