On Sunday, Aug16, 2015, I contacted Atlas to come out to my residence to resolve a blockage in one of my pipes that I was unable to resolve myselfUpon contacting Atlas, a representative showed up at my place within half an hour I explained the problem to the rep, and within two minutes he had the blockage removed with the use of a specially-designed plungerTwo minutes! The rep then went back to his van to write up a receipt for the workHe charged me $for the two minutes of work (plus transit time which was likely mins)I could not believe this I can understand that this call occurred on a Sunday, and I'm sure Atlas has a number of processes, set rates and guidelines they follow for such calls (reg hours and weekends), but charging this amount of money for this insignificant amount of work was, in my opinion, ridiculous and borderline outrageousYes, they are a business that provides services to make a profit, but any good business owner also needs to incorporate a human aspect to such circumstances and take more of a balanced and reasonable approach to their billing Atlas has 'Value' listed as one of their core values at the top of their advertisement in the phone bookWell, I can tell you I did not receive 'value' on SundayI hope they reconsider their approach when handling such calls in the future

I hired Byron Cowling to move from a large apt into a house. Two guys, [redacted] and [redacted] showed up fully ready to get to work. They worked together wonderfully, quickly and efficiently. They were very organized and seemed to know who was doing what job with very little "chit chat". They were, by far, the most efficient team I've ever hired to move. All of my belongings were in pristine condition after they loaded the truck and then unloaded at the hous . They didn't even bump a door frame to my knowledge. Superb service!
